We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering room service and assistance with car hire. The room itself was spacious with good amenities including an ironing board, heating/air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

The hotel's location near the metro was convenient, as it was just a short walk away. being so close to downtown meant that I had easy access to all the main attractions and sights in the city.

The staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our time there. The accommodations were clean, bright, and beautifully restored, giving the hotel a grand and characterful feel. The location was perfect, with fine views across the city and easy access to the Baixa and Barrio Alto areas. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.
