We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering room service and assistance with car hire. The room itself was spacious with good amenities including an ironing board, heating/air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

Plus, it offers a breathtaking view of the palace, adding an extra charm to your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like robes, slippers, and even a toothbrush. The staff is friendly and the breakfast served in the room is a great start to your day.

The hotel's location near the metro was incredibly convenient, as it was just a short walk away. Additionally, being so close to downtown meant that I had easy access to all the main attractions and sights in the city.

Our stay at the Dear Lisbon - Palace Chiado Suites was absolutely delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our time there. The accommodations were clean, bright, and beautifully restored, giving the hotel a grand and characterful feel. The location was perfect, with stunning views across the city and easy access to the Baixa and Barrio Alto areas. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.
